Nutrition for Perimenopause
Eat well and feel good at midlife.
Shaira Daya, MPH, RDN is a Registered Dietitian and Perimenopause Nutritionist who has always enjoyed food. Her work is driven by an appreciation for how food and flavor come together as essential medicine for the body.
Shaira has 15+ years experience working in public health, chronic disease prevention, and hunger relief – helping to make healthy food more available and accessible for underserved communities in New York City and Southeast Michigan.
Now, as a Perimenopause Nutrition Expert, Shaira has turned her focus to help women manage nutrition at midlife.
What began as a project to help friends navigate mid-forties hormones, has evolved into a nutrition practice for women who want information and simple, effective food-based strategies to support their body during perimenopause.
Shaira received her Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University in 2007, and her Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration in 2012. She is also an Evolutionary Astrologer.
